All residents must return by 10 PM. Late entry must be pre-informed to management with valid reason.
Female visitors allowed in common areas. Male visitors only in reception with ID registration and prior intimation.
Three full meals provided daily. In-room cooking not permitted for fire safety and hygiene reasons.
10 PM – 6 AM are quiet hours. Please respect fellow residents' study and rest time.
Keep rooms and common areas clean. Report maintenance issues promptly to management.
Alcohol, smoking, tobacco and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
